Saturday I attended Celebrez en Rosé. It was a Rosé picnic at the National Harbor. I love to see people all dressed up and having a good time. The event offered 3 different ticket packages. I purchased the wine package which included a bottle of Rosé, souvenir wine glass and picnic blanket. I was a little annoyed that I had to stand in the regular bar line to pick up my wine package. The lines were really long and moved extremely slow. There should have been a separate line for this. That was the whole point of purchasing my wine bottle in advance. This was really my only complaint. I otherwise enjoyed the event. There were cute little photo installments through out.

New York didn’t open in time for the Veuve Cliquot Polo Classics this year, but the Los Angeles Classics are scheduled for October 2nd. This is usually a star studded event. You can sign up here veuveclicquot.tumblr.com/vcpoloclassic
One of my favorite annual events is back this year on August 21st. Diner en Blanc is an all-white pop-up picnic that happens in major cities globally. You have to pack your own everything (tables, chairs, food, decor, etc) and you meet at a secret location in DC for a picnic/party. It’s a lot of work but it’s an even better experience. It’s also invite only so you have to be invited by someone who previously attended or you can join the waitlist but that’s not guaranteed. Registration has not opened but keep checking register.dinerenblanc.com/washington/en/register?
