 Thirteen Houston, an upscale restaurant and hookah lounge is NBA player, James Harden’s latest venture. Tobias Dorzon who I previously featured in Persons is the Executive Chef so you know I can vouch for the food. He is a beast in the kitchen and loves to show off. The pics do this place no justice.
